Welcome, friends! I’m Maggie, and this is a space I’m creating to share my journey with mindfulness, meditation, mental health, creativity, community and things I do to find small joys in life!

I want this to be a space where I can be vulnerable, raw, and courageously speak about topics that sometimes make me feel isolated— in the hopes that maybe you’ll feel a little less alone when you read them.
